I use these 3 mixed with water on both my veggie garden, fruit trees and other plants. Once cooled, pour water from cooking potatoes and paste on your plants and they will thrive. For dying plants sugar water will revive plants extremely fast as it forces microorganisms in the soil to breakdown and release all the nutrients to the plants.
Can you use any of the items you’ve suggested in their raw forms? The briquettes, sugar, potato starch, just wondering for use in my pecan and fig trees. Thanks (from Texas).
GREAT TIPS THANK YOU i WILL TRY THEM ALL. i HAVE A SMALL GARDEN VERY CHALLENGED BY LITTLE SUN, MANY LITTLE HUNGRY BUGS, BIRDS BIG AND SMALL, AND TRYING TO GROW IN POTS FOR THE FIRST TIME... IN AN UNFAMILIAR HOT HUMID CLIMATE !! i WILL TRY ALL THESE METHODS THANK YOU.
We buy ladybugs. I bought 2 containers, of 2 thousand ladybugs and put them on the garden and fruit trees, we have no bugs now except the white moths, and I swat them with all my strength.
We live in the high desert, it is very difficult grow much, been trying for about seven years, so we tried different things, noting worked except this year, we bought a greenhouse and decided, finally to use self watering pots, and homemade. Self watering pots, guess what I have productive plants! I am so thrilled. Because we have hot summers and extreme wind and rain, thunder showers, the green house is wonderful! You have to water per your area and usually feed about every two to three weeks, I just tried this one today, so we will see. The one made with yeast and sugar is really good, too. Just trying to see what works best for this area.

After I boil potatoes, I gently pour off the water which leaves potato starch. It is a white sticky substance. I let it dry a little and then store it in the fridge.
@@georgiamoore7377 sorry, for plants like cantaloupe and squash watermelon ECT. My plants grew overnight with this other recipe from a UA-cam channel. In a quart jar with warm water mix in 1 tablespoon active yeast 2 tablespoons sugar mix let sit for 2 hours to overnight. I used in 2 hours. Stir in your mixture in a 5 gallon bucket of water. Feed plants 1 cup each but I doubled this recipe. It has been a little time and can't believe the flowers for producing fruit. AWESOME. That potatoes starch is the same concept. If you want to make it easy put a baked potato in a 5 gallon bucket with water. Let stand overnight and fertilize your garden
No way am I going to feed the voracious garden ants & other bugs any sugar‼️ I and my plants much prefer the calcium rich homemade potion from crushed egg shells and vinegar (aged together for a week or two, then strained and diluted with water) One teaspoon in a gallon of water is all you need, when it's time to water the thirsty plants - your plants will flourish.
I killed my fruit trees with fermented rice water. Absolutely sickening. 4 trees. I have replaced them except there is no replacing trees that are 2 years ahead. I have a problem with over doing things so that was a major slap. I’ve got to control myself.

I’ve been learning that if you do more of these fertilizers, essentially practicing permaculture, that ants won’t come in. They like dead, sandy dirt, not healthy soil.
Just, I suggest all viewers to try these recommendations for two plants of each veggies not all of them. Because she didn't test these fertilizers in lab or share them with an experts in this field.
Potato starch, water you have cooked potatoes or pasta in is an amazing fertiliser for all plants indoors and outdoors. Turmeric powder mixed with water is also very good for plants also sugar mixed in water so yes mixing the 3 would be very good as fertiliser. I use all 3 for vegetables, fruit trees and all other plants. Sugar water on its own will revive dying plants fast as it forces microorganisms in the soil to break down all the nutrients quickly restoring the dying plants back to life.

Thanks for the information
Great tip thanks for sharing
Nothing would ever replace propely compost manure...ask one trillion micro-organisms...
You don't trust plant "curry?" 😂
Plants don't even need micro-organisms to grow. Ever heard of hydroponics? hahaha
I asked the micro-organisms. They never answered back to this day.

Thanks

Yes, and they eat plants

@térrence369 maybe the tumeric will kill/repel the ants?😳
Use rice starch if you can’t find potatoes startch
Ive watched too many fertilizer on UA-cam and Im confused. Some advert promise so much and deliver little. I give up.
And add yeast
Ru kidding? Ants will be there in no time!
How often to apply the turmeric, sugar and potato starch fertilizer?
I doubt the ants will like the tumeric. Idk but I’d like to know if anybody tried this..
Yes, noway would I put this anywhere

Not brisket, coal briquettes. They use it for BBQ
