I use these 3 mixed with water on both my veggie garden, fruit trees and other plants. Once cooled, pour water from cooking potatoes and paste on your plants and they will thrive. For dying plants sugar water will revive plants extremely fast as it forces microorganisms in the soil to breakdown and release all the nutrients to the plants.

We live in the high desert, it is very difficult grow much, been trying for about seven years, so we tried different things, noting worked except this year, we bought a greenhouse and decided, finally to use self watering pots, and homemade. Self watering pots, guess what I have productive plants! I am so thrilled. Because we have hot summers and extreme wind and rain, thunder showers, the green house is wonderful! You have to water per your area and usually feed about every two to three weeks, I just tried this one today, so we will see. The one made with yeast and sugar is really good, too. Just trying to see what works best for this area.

After I boil potatoes, I gently pour off the water which leaves potato starch. It is a white sticky substance. I let it dry a little and then store it in the fridge.

@@georgiamoore7377 sorry, for plants like cantaloupe and squash watermelon ECT. My plants grew overnight with this other recipe from a UA-cam channel. In a quart jar with warm water mix in 1 tablespoon active yeast 2 tablespoons sugar mix let sit for 2 hours to overnight. I used in 2 hours.
Stir in your mixture in a 5 gallon bucket of water. Feed plants 1 cup each but I doubled this recipe. It has been a little time and can't believe the flowers for producing fruit. AWESOME. That potatoes starch is the same concept.
If you want to make it easy put a baked potato in a 5 gallon bucket with water. Let stand overnight and fertilize your garden

No way am I going to feed the voracious garden ants & other bugs any sugar‼️
I and my plants much prefer the calcium rich homemade potion from crushed egg shells and vinegar (aged together for a week or two, then strained and diluted with water) One teaspoon in a gallon of water is all you need, when it's time to water the thirsty plants - your plants will flourish.

Potato starch, water you have cooked potatoes or pasta in is an amazing fertiliser for all plants indoors and outdoors. Turmeric powder mixed with water is also very good for plants also sugar mixed in water so yes mixing the 3 would be very good as fertiliser. I use all 3 for vegetables, fruit trees and all other plants. Sugar water on its own will revive dying plants fast as it forces microorganisms in the soil to break down all the nutrients quickly restoring the dying plants back to life.
