    I have a question. You know how After Effects has “Motion Tile”. How would you recreate that effect in Premiere Pro?

    Hi Kelsey,
    It was a great share! I am a bit new to Adobe and I am trying to learn more about this. Your video was really helpful, and I saw the real difference between these two. It was a very informative watch where I learned several things. I hope to use this information correctly and learn more from your other videos as well. Thanks a lot for sharing this video, it was very helpful.

    I'd be interested in hearing your thoughts on Cinema Grade. I've been using it since it cane out for Windows in February and love it.

      I'll look into it! I haven't heard of it, so I'll need to dive in from square one. :)

    Pros and cons to both to be honest, neither is better and neither is worse. They approach the process differently to achieve the same result. But personally I like FC more, I just love false color but I also like the Lumetri scope by default.

    At 5:35, is that clicking on source to see Image Pipeline part of FilmConvert's camera installs or is that a RED only feature?

      It’s available when you shoot in RAW, so it should be available for Black Magic Cinema Cameras and other cameras that allow you to shoot RAW.

    Thumbs up! Nice video.
    Although FilmConvert is apparently a great tool to have unfortunately its cost is above my budget. But that's okay, since I'm only a youtuber.
    Thanks for the awesome tips, Kelsey.

      Only a UA-camr?! That’s a pretty big thing to be proud of :) There’s also academic discounts for FilmConvert if you are enrolled in a course!

    Hi, I really enjoy learning about Premiere Pro from you. Thank you! I do have a question regarding color grading and skin tones. In one of your tutorials you said the skin tone signal in the scope should be between the red and yellow, right on the line. Some of the video I shoot is with Black and Latino people. Any suggestions for where the skin tone line should be?

    • @PremiereGal
      @PremiereGal  2 роки тому +1

      It’s the same no matter the skin color, because we all have red blood under our skin :)

      Using a third party color grading plugin for Davinci is a joke. I think you don't know about DR. It is Mainly an Industry leading color grading system. Now some of video editing feature are added to it but actually it is a Color grading software. other softwares or plugins like Nitrate or lumetri is no match for it

      Lumetri is in Ae, but I always do color grading in Pr. This video is focused on FilmConvert in Pr :) (although you can use FilmConvert and Lumetri in Ae also)
