As annoying and mean as Angelica has been at times, she's at least had some moments of redemption, including that episode where she rescued Tommy, Chucky, Phil, and Lil from Josh at the playground. She even pushed Josh down and bruised his arm, which he honestly deserved for being a bully. Even though Angelica has bullied the babies at times, she's honestly a SAINT compared to Josh.
I actually feel sorry for Angelica in this one. Her dad kept cutting her off when she tried to tell Didi about the kids sneaking out. Then when he finally let her say it, he told her that you should tell the grown-ups these things right away! THAT IS WHAT SHE WAS TRYING TO DO! Shame on you Drew! You need to listen to your little girl!
Yes I agree with the whole, you should believe your child lesson here. But also mind you this probably isn't the first time Angelica inturrupted other over things that weren't important. She had a habit of acting up which is why her dad felt the need to teach her a lesson in a calm manner.
That's what I also said! She was trying to tell him, but he kept cutting her off and then had the nerve to say, "You know, honey-pie, these are the kinds of things you should REALLY tell the grown-ups right away." SMFH! Seriously, Drew's a dumbass!

He’s technically right. Out of all the times the babies escaped, this is the ONLY time she tells her dad or any other adult about it. And it wasn’t due to her being worried or concerned, she was trying to get them in trouble being the bully that she was.
I use to dislike Drew as a kid, but as an adult, I realize he's a more mature parent than Stu. Listen to their argument in the basement in the Rugrats movie while Stu was inventing the reptar wagon.

I wouldn't say that Drew and Angelica were fighting with each other. Drew just did not realize that what Angelica was trying to tell him, Didi, and Hector's mother was important (Tommy and Hector sneaking out).
I would of smack drew for that because drew scold her twice once for interrupting then scold her again for not telling the adults sooner but Angellica he should not scold her and made her wait because that very important what she had to tell her aunt dede and if it won't Angellica tell her Aunt DEDE Tommy and Vector could of escaped the doctor office and would risked of getting kidnapped

To be honest and fair though, I always preferred Stu over Drew. Sure, Stu may have failed as a father, and he has many mistakes, but he always cared for Tommy. Sure, Drew may scold Angelica when she gets in trouble, and she does punish her when she deserves it, but there are times when they will actually let Angelica get away with anything, and also there are a lot of times where Drew acts like an asshole. Like.... remember the time when Chaz was rich, and Drew apparently stole and spent pretty much all of Chaz' money for his stupid Ear Whizz invention. That also goes to show that he is really, *really* bad with money, and he obviously did that because he was probably jealous of Drew winning $10,000,000, and he probably did that just to spite Chaz. Now that is an asshole moment right there. And another time where Drew was an asshole was where Stu and Drew were arguing about over who's King of the Jungle: Tarzan or King Kong. And after that, Drew basically locked his own brother out. Screw you, Drew! Over a petty argument?! Seriously?! Once again, this is why I always preferred Stu over Drew.
Martin keeps Yup that really pissed me off. How could you lock him out of the house for that. On top of that he got arrested trying to get back in the house. Hated that.
Listening is totally important when someone has something important to say like the thieves trying to steal the mona lisa and the king's crown they can help the police stop the real bad guys fast so they can save the treasures from being sold smuggled out of the country. But sadly not everyone is a good listener and lots of kids are being unheard and their feelings are hurt badly.
Kind of reminds me of the time my brother and I got into trouble for doing exactly what our dad TOLD us we do. Which was stay up as late as we wanted. I was 4-5 years old and my brother was 6-7 and we stayed up until 1-2 in the morning watching Terminator 2 (Dad wasn't mad about THAT oddly enough) and he made us go to bed and neither of us understood why he yelled at us.
