The Cherry Blossom is one of the most used blossoms in Gumpaste Sugar flower making. They make a fantastic display on their own and they go with just about any other flower so they are used often as filler flowers for many arrangements.
They range in color from white to deep pink depending on the type of cherry. They are quite easy to make but there are new techniques to learn while making this project.
I will show you how to assemble them onto a branch so you can use it on a cake but individual blossoms are often used when putting them with other flowers.
