Kirby's Dream Course is a 1994 miniature golf video game developed by HAL Laboratory and Nintendo EAD and published by Nintendo for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System.

it was very confusing to pick this up from Blockbuster as a kid who had not yet learned about 'golf'
So pretty much the same feeling every kid had. Cool.

This is one of my favorite games as a kid. Playing it multiplayer with my brother was such a blast. I wish it'd get a remake. There's a surprising amount of depth to the mechanics. Jiggle for victory!!

Some advice from an old fan of this game 😀
- You should've used forward and backspin in the first levels more often
- When using the jumping shot, you can change the direction of movement after the first jump. You need to hold a button and press L or R when planning the shot
- When using the flat shot, you can do curves. It is done similarly to the direction change in jump mode if I remember right
- Not sure, but maybe you can play in 2-players-mode in Switch online. This game has one of the best 2-player battle modes in history

I used to rent this game from Blockbuster SO often. My parents finally were like "Okay, we'll buy it." AND THEN WE COULDN'T FIND IT ANYWHERE... not even the local used game stores had a copy. So Blockbuster got more money from this game with just me renting it, than the game costed...
You could rent it, and not return it, say you lost it, then just pay the fee lol.

Yeah, this game still holds up. If you're a fan of this, there was a mod made by fans of Game Grumps. SO MANY fresh levels to play around on.
Some of the best Game Grumps episodes were from this game. There's even a fan made game with like 150 new levels
you need to master the curved ground shot. It opens up so many more possibilities for getting 1's!

If you like this one you should try the 2 player mode it is absolutely insane
This game was actually my first Kirby game. I didn't know any of the characters, but I had no problems learning to play, and shooting for high scores.

For a moment I zoned out and instead of watching a video I was just hanging out with a bud playing snes. Yeah this game is pretty sweet! Some of my best gaming times are golf games with friends and I hate golf. You can play this on Switch Online everyone!
Dream Course is one of my favorite games of all time, so much fun in 2P with my cousin. I wish there was a sequel to this.

Hey Ryu, you should play Hagane: The Final Conflict on snes. It is both a retro games and a super hard game. Plus, it's an action platformer. Hope you like it!
This is slept on as the greatest couch co-op game of all time. I still pull out my SNES to play this when friends come over.
This game is so good in two player!!! Ryu is always pulling out these excellent games when picking game for this channel. This video is triple A+
So many great memories playing this with my grandfather. Neither of us were very good, but still very precious memories and a lot of laughs at ridiculous out of bound shots.
It is definitely one of the best Kirby games ever made and my favorite "golf" game

Oh man. I rented this from Blockbuster back in the day and played it for a few hours, loved it, but then our house got broken into while we were out and they stole this along with the rest of my SNES and games. Never got around to playing it again - the sting of having to pay a lost game fee on top of losing my console took all the fun out of it. Nice to finally see the rest.

Oh man, I loved this game as a kid. Me and my neighbor used to love playing the vs mode of this, by which I mean we just got the rock power up and squashed each other a lot
This was a childhood favorite of mine! Glad Ryu's enjoying it, too! It is an incredibly fun game! It really is a shame this game never got a sequel! It honestly is one of Kirby's absolute best spinoff games!

God I loved this game as a kid. I think the best part was playing it with my step dad. He wasn't really a gamer, but he was able to keep up with me on this.
W1hole4 you CAN get a hole in one. Angle backwards to bankshot direct;y into the tree and use the jump power from the previous hole to jump the tree and then sink a hole in one.:)
That hole in one was clean, and you were right I did think you were bad so very surprised you made it 😂😂

Two fantastic retro games for the famicom are Joy Mech fight which is an amazing fighting game with 36 playable characters and a great 2 player mode, Hello Kitty World is also a great game, it is like a linear version of balloon fight with better graphics, good difficulty, and plenty of boss fights.

Finally someone else agrees. Ive loved this game as a kid. I love Kirby, even got a Kirby tattoo and its all due to this game. I don't play their "normal" games. No one ever wants to play it with me though.

You should watch the Game Grumps play this in 2-player mode then... so chaotic. They were even gifted a romhack of this game with their faces as the Kirby's and additional 2 player levels.

Was good to get some intel about the game from Ryu cuz I really tried learning this game from the switch expansion pack and just couldn't understand any of it 😂

2 player vs a friend is awesome.
Love this game, but it was a bit painful watching Ryu not knowing how to do the direction changes, curves, and not really using the spins (at least in the early levels)
