Versatility is the right way when you are describing the use of the bag. Flexibility may be better when describing multiple bags☺️

Coach should restitch it for you. I must have missed it. Why did you give up the Neverfull? I did an Excel spreadsheet comparing various totes and the City Tote is marginally bigger than the Neverful MM. BTW, I love the slouchiness of it. You've convinced me to buy a City Tote.
I gave up the NF when traveling because it has so much more worry than COACH, the City tote has a longer strap, it’s wipeable and it’s much more affordable for those rough trips. I still love the NF just not for travel. TFW💙🩵🫶🏽✨

I just found your channel. I have the same bag just a different color. The Beige one with the light pink cherries. This bag reminds me of the shape and size of a Neverfull. I'm going to Nashville TN this weekend and I will be taken my tote as a personnel item along with my carry on. This bag holds a lot, my snacks, sweater for the plane, water bottle, IPad...etc.

Love your video and bag set up. I bought the City Tote and insert and then didn't like it but I'm going to try it without the insert and if I need to, just get a base for the bottom.
