Is it possible for someday when Andy comes back in 2018 that home and Debbie could be given a second chance, because technically Andy and Debbie were forced to break up by Cain so why not give it a go.

Yeah along with Robert, Katie, Marc, Donna and Eve. They were Emmerdale's 2000s attempt at a teen gang.

Why wasn't he charged as a sex offender for this? Am I missing something?
