He plays that 6th man role perfectly and he will win 6th man of the year. Every time he shoots I know it’s going in. He plays a simple but effective game and rarely gets turnovers. Celtics made a great pick up with Brogdon. I hope he stays here for a while!
The Celtics bench is only good when the Celtics are fully healthy, when Smart and Rob Williams are out, Derrick White and Grant Williams guys who would normally come off the bench, are forced to start, so in that case Brogdon is really the only reserve who can consistently provide offense.
Brogdon has similarities the way Andre Miller played both aggressor inside but Brogdon more finest as point guard and shooting 3's. Miller more quicker and more aggressive inside.
I watched Wilt, Kareem, Jordan, Bird, Magic on and on. Ya man, I'm old. I have watched Pritchard for the last 11 years. Kareem nice, but I want to see the best player in complete form. Shooting, driving, passing, and the true player. I am still Pritchard #1. But Brogdon, is better than all the others I have mentioned, except for Pritchard. Brogdon practices with him. He knows as well. Pritchard is the best so far, Brogdon #2, then the rest of them I posted in the beginning.
