There’s no managers anymore because no manager has time anymore. So no managers can build a c.v. Fergie did brilliant with Aberdeen , wenger was runners up with a Japanese team . And they were both given time to build a team. Jose had a pretty impressive c.v but with a big team in Porto. Chelsea started the manager merry go round. The cost of players have ruined it for managers, middle of the league teams are having to dish out £100m a season on players. It’s don’t understand with all the stats and metrics out there that there isn’t some sort of database where players stats over the last 5 years are accumulated to give a players base value. If there’s a bidding war from that then so be it. But then you should be only be able to add 5 mill on to the player and can go back and forth between clubs. Managers can’t get time when they look like they’ve done shit and spent 300 mil but that’s got you 4 players.. you can’t improve shit on that
