Use These Perks For Helm: Shadow Blades & Perseverance For Amour Price Of Victory, Himmelstein Power & Predator For Weapon Berserk, Shadow Burn & Ruolan's Perk( I don't know the name) Once you start playing against her, evade the first vein alone, then use Shrapnel on her
