Ingredients For Doodhi na Kofta :
For Kofta :
Bottle Gourd : 500gm
salt : 1 tsp
Green Chilli Ginger paste : 1 tbsp
Chooped Coriander : 1/4 cup
Black salt : 1/2tsp
Mari Powder : 1 tsp
Dhana jeeru : 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder : 1 tsp
Turmaric Powder : 1 tsp
Dry Mango Powder : 1 tsp
Besan : 1/2 cup
Oil For frying Kofta
For Sabji :
Tomato : 2 medium
onion : 1 big
ginger : 1 inch
green chilli : 2 medium
Ghee : 3 tbsp
Tejpata : 1 medium
Clove : 3
Green Cardemom : 3
Jeeru : 1 tsp
Dalchini : 1 small pic
Red chilli powder : 1 tbsp
Turmaric : 1 tsp
dhaniya jeera Powder : 1 tsp
Dahi / curd : 1/2 cup
Kasuri methi : 1 tsp
