What does "LOW"-press the button mean? It is a simple button. Press it or press it not. But what his low-pressing??? I have connected a 64 neopixel WS2812 matrix to the FT²-Chip. If I switch on the FT²-Chip by pressing the button for 3 seconds a part of the LEDs lights up in green then some LEDs start to fade in / fade out in white If I then switch on the remote the blue LED on the remote is constanly on If I press the pair-button on the remote for several seconds the blue LED on the remote starts to blink then the neopixel light up in pink If I press the pair-botton again for 3 seconds the neopixels turn off and the blue LED on the remote is constantly on If I then press a color-button on the remote the neopixels flash for a very short moment and then all neopixels stay off. This is really strange as the LEDs sometimes seem to react correct: neopixels light up white neopixels light up pink and then the neopixels react different than described. Is your FT²-chip only compatible with certain neopixels but not with all types neopixels?
Hi Billy, in the video, we say "LONG" press. We recommend turning on the UA-cam English captions when the voice over track is not understandable. For general understanding how the FT chip works once connected, please check our FT user guide: www.lighttoys.cz/support/#manuals Regarding the strange behavior, please lower the brightness to minimum on the FT Remote controller, by holding the down arrow (when playing static color, or any of the dynamic modes). From your description, your setup might be power-starved and shutting off when the LEDs try to shine at full intensity. If the 64 neopixel matrix will work with the lowered brightness just fine, then either your battery is not strong enough or your wiring has too much internal resistance. Please follow our FT2 installation guide for general tips how to select the battery and do the wiring: www.lighttoys.cz/support/#manuals If still no luck, please write us an email and we will try to help!
Hello, if by separate programs you mean two (or more) different tracks with different pictures, then yes! With the FT2 custom track in LtComposer you can add sub-tracks to it. Each sub-track can have different images on it.
Finally waiting for the video!

Can Chip FT2, 2 A/B outputs run a separate programs?
