1:42 it’s still possible they arrived with a base as there are mentions of minor gods serving them and it would explain why Rufus would be able to tell the Theocracy if Surshana returned since NPC’s can detect an aura from players
Well, there is an unknown World Item that allows a player to create NPC without a need for a Guild Base. Or there is a possible chance that these minor gods and Rufus are just summons, since humans are on the brink of extinction, then they're might be multiple dead bodies they can used as hosts for their summons, just like Death Knights and Soul Eaters. PS: "Please forgive If I'm being rude, but if the Six Great Gods did arrived with their own Guild Base, then Surshana should've use it as refuges for surviving humans and just stay inside until the Eight Greed Kings are gone, without a need to getting himself killed in the process."
@@johncarlsonmata2195 of the descriptions we have of them, not a single one is undead. The only beings weve seen that can be permanently summoned multiple times are undead or mercenary npcs I am only saying its possible they have one. It could have a specific requirement to enter, defenses that attack anyone, isnt self sufficient, or it could just be too small or weak to matter against a full guild and its npcs.
I always thought it was interesting how the dragon emperor was able to basically summon players from yggdrasil into the new world. It kinda shows the insane power of wild magic and honestly pre-weakened (possibly even post weakened) wild magic was such a cheat code since given the appropriate life energy you could basically shape the entire world and control or change it's laws. It even brings up debates on the extent of its power since the players of yggdrasil came from a game when they were transported their builds were given life in the new world through some cross dimensional shenanigans. Without a world item to counter it you basically couldn't do much. I also want to know how world items counter wild magic since they would originally have come from a game setting through the event that wild magic created so shouldn't they be weaker? Alot of amazing lore tbh.
Wild magic is kind of ridiculous, it's like how Cure Elim has the beam that instantly kills anyone unless they have a world item, which puts in on par with the strength of the spear of Longinus. Bringing players from another world with their exact kit mirrors the power of Auroboros. When you look at world-isolating barrier, it traps everyone in that range in a different world space, similar to Depiction of Nature and Society. Sure a lot of them have different costs associated, with wild magics being superior in the sense depiction of nature and societies barrier can't be escaped, or Cure Elim's beam doesn't delete the user like Longinus, but the strength itself is pretty comparable so I would imagine they're on similar levels of power. That would also explain why they both cancel eachother as opposed to one cancelling the other and the other still being unaffected.
Since Kikotenshin Nekonyan had some skill in golem-making, I would not be surprise if, for some reason, the Slane Theocracy have an army of goldems or siege golems made by Nekonyan with the help of the Six Great Gods. For the Theocracy to use in their war against Ainz and Nazarick in the next overlord volumes. Or if they've been all destroyed by the Eight Greed Kings after killing Surshana 500 years ago.
Fun fact one of the 6 great gods Kikotenshin Nekonyan, the god of wind. official appeared in the credits of the isekia quartet movie . Hoshin another character that’s important to the lore appears in it too Hoshin is from re zero and was mentioned in the LN and most likely season 3
Can you update these videos after more members of the Six Great Gods and Eight Greed Kings were to be revealed in later overlord volumes in the future?
Great video like usual I didn't even kwew the isekai quartet movie was already out !! I had things in mind that you could have add to your video but most of them were answered, but you could have talked a little about some deformation in religion from the real world that exists in the new world for exemple buddha is believed to be a follower of the 6 gods in some Provence of the empire , furthermore I'm not sure if you did the distinction between descendants of the 6 gods and descendants of players like the eight greeds king because the elf king is himself a "Godkin" if you know what I mean. Regarding the gods levels or at least high quality ressources and build they were the one giving the knowledge of red potion making to the theocracy. So to conclude thank you like usual to bring us so much good and well researched overlord content. Idea of today : You could make a video about the supposed other players which all stepped foot on the new world ( the dwarf king , the minotaur who invented surgery, the one killed by deep dark dragon lord , the leader of the 13 heroes etc )
It's more than possible, Ainz certainly meets the power requirements for the realm of Gods so Neia especially could one day receive the job class. I imagine the job class would have Ainz specifically mentioned as opposed to death as death is too generic and Sushana is also a god of death. It would be called Adept of Ainz or Disciple of Ainz, something like that.
Damn I wish the creator of Overlord made Ygdrassil in some capacity there are so many concepts of it that are awesome like racial classes inspiring unique builds through Haeteromorphs, tiered magic and also the guild bases and custom NPCs. Not all of it but I'd like to see some of it in a game like idk how I feel about World items breaking the game 😂
I can't remember the exact source. They're easily weaker than Nazarick because of how many strong level 100 NPCs they have, they greatly outnumber both the 6GGs and 8GKs. I can't remember where i heard about them being stronger than the 8GKs though
@@shalltearsservants in terms of overall strength I definitely dont think they compare but I meant more-so about them all being about lvl 100. There were a few posts that regarded them as weak based on the weak powers of Surshana's scythe, but it could also just be a roleplay weapon since overlords are magic casters
@@-Apoptos- Its a fair point as you could also argue the eclipse overlord class isn't the most meta build given how many players has insta-death resistance. But the scythe fits such a role perfectly from a lore perspective, especially as it's a war-scythe and he has a grim-reaper like aesthetic going on
Individually they are all stronger than a human and should win in a fight, and there levels range from 46-63 so they are quite capable in the new world. Together the sisters are much stronger as they each support eachother to the point they can put a good fight up against Ainz and cause him a lot of trouble (with Aureole's buff), but Ainz is still able to claim victory.
Where did you get the info about Sushana possessing the Goal of All Life Is Death skill? And why do you believe Sushana was an Overlord?? They could’ve been a regular skeleton mage or even an elder lich.

I see, that makes sense, afterall Surshana did have subordinates. Thanks for letting me know.
@@shalltearsservants I forgot to say that in the web novel, the demon gods were alluded to being servants of the 6GG
@@-Apoptos- Ive heard this a few times but didn't know they original source. Assuming the demon gods and evil deities are the same beings.

I can although with only 2 volumes left, I can't guarantee they will be addressed at all. We'll see what happens though
