Flugelhorn solo - Dominic Longhurst - 2010 Nationals, Himes Flugel Concerto Mvt 2

The William Himes Concerto for Flugelhorn & Brass Band was the test piece for the open Flugel Horn event at the Australian National Solo Championships in Hobart Tasmania at Easter this year (2010).
Dominic preformed with Mr Simon Frosi as his associate artist and was placed 4th out of 14 performers. At just 13 years old, Dominic was the only Junior (under19) entrant. All three movements are on u-tube. He represented the Holroyd City Band with whom he has played since 2006.
