I'm a country boy and love my life style . Grew up listening to rock and country . This band is amazing . I love their videos of the Midwest country side . . Haunting , lonely vocal harmonies and guitar solos . But with hope . Great job .
Just discovered them and we have almost identical playing and singing styles. I didn't realize its called Dream Gaze. So I've been writing dream gaze for 30 years and didnt even know it.
You guys are amazing. Found Body in the Mirror on David Dean Burkhart's channel and instantly knew I found something great. One of my favorite songs I've ever discovered on his channel and I knew I had to look for more from you guys. Your music sends me to those nostalgic places in the corners of my mind. Love what y'all are doing and I can't wait to hear more 😌 Much love, you diamonds youuuu 💎

I came across this band and song by total chance. It's one of those that you feel like waa written into the soundtrack of your life. Amazing!!! @sungaze what would you classify your sound or genre as because i am totally obsessed with your vibe and sound. Also are you fans of BJM and The Dandy Warhols?
@jennhaley we like a couple BJM songs! Not very familiar with Dandy Warhols. We mostly tend to describe our genre as “dream pop” or “shoegaze”. Some of our favorite artists that you may like are: Widowspeak, Mazzy Star, Field Division, and Slowdive.
Sungaze, I don't know if you read the comments but I have to say I have been a diehard Slowdive fan for quite some time and your music is just as good. I was honestly disappointed by their last album and only gave it one good listen to as I found it boring. Your albums have been solid all the way through with the perfect blend of Shoegaze, Folk and Mazzy Star (This Dream) while still being original. Can't wait for any future offerings you may have.
I'm the opposite, I love the sounds and the melodies, and the sound of her voice and the somewhat lofi vintage vibe the song has to it, but I don't care much for the lyrics
Glad I'm not the only one who realizes how good this song is.
I just got here. Sorry I'm late.

Oh, listen again. The latest Slowdive album is euphoric, sensational!
And yes, Sungaze is astounding beautious!
even if the others didn't find the melody good enough
they can't deny that's the lyrics are good as hell
