I loved the video. You take me back to the good days. Unfortunately MAC is not producing great products consistently. Those last foiled shadows were from Star Trek not Star Wars. Trust I wouldn't know if not for the new movies and my husband. Oh I went to Dr. Madnani and he did a great job and he was super nice.
I'm so surprised that some of your paint pots have dried out, just like you I have a huge paint pot addiction (their my Pokémon, gotta catch them all) and I've had some for 7-8 years and their not dried out, and I can still use them. I always keep them in a acrylic drawer that the sun won't touch. Also I'm so happy you made this video I just went and played with some of my mac shadows which I haven't touched in years and I fell back in love with them!
Tina, no pun tended but if you ever consider selling the "spectacle of yourself", please keep me in mind. That shade is simply divine and my type of color. I have a Bobbi brown shadow very similar but I live for these colors. Anyhow, amazing per usual.

Wow! That is a collection!! Really enjoyed in-depth review of your collections. I always wondered though, can/do you use some of them? I usually throw away when my makeup goes bad and I refresh mine with their new collections and new colours. Are most of them expired? I used to make my own eyeshadows and foundations and they usually have emollient substances, which are moisturizer and oils. Things like alcohol, glycerin and oils go spoiled and rancid and it would cause you allergy if you keep using spoiled makeup. Of course they put preservative but still they get micro mold and germs after about a year to three years depending on the formula. But I understand as collectibles. 😊

I don't know if somebody mentioned this before in the comment section, but on the MAC website there are 18 shades of Extra Dimension Eye Shadow now and I think they are permanent. :) Sooo I can put my hands on "A Natural Flirt" shade, it's very beautiful. :)

you can mix a drop of inglot duraline, mehron mixing medium, mac mixing medium etc into the dried out paint pots!
