Ain’t no such thing as israeli food. Israel was created in 1948 and people have been making shawarma, hummus and tahini in the middle-east for centuries. Ashkenazi Jewish food is a thing, north-African Sephardic Jewish cuisine is another, but Israeli? Nah. More like Lebanese or Syrian.
