Very important message:::
When you wakeup its VERY IMPORTANT NEVER to rush out of bed- in the first 3 minutes the heart and brain ate vunerable so for the frst minute stretch you body, then sit down while legs are on the bed
THEN while sitting down and legs dangling down stretch your body and draw circles in the air with your feet- this prepares body to walk- 2mins minimum.
The injured parkour part is just amazing!
Normal getting to bed is already a Parkour to me lol
