Another Dell computer for the angry office man to destroy!

Tower: Dell Optiplex 980 DCNE1F tower. Made May 12th, 2010.
Monitor: ViewSonic VA903B-3 VS11372 LCD monitor. Made July 24, 2007.
Keyboard: Dell SK-8115 USB keyboard.
Mouse: Dell MS111-L USB mouse.
Phone: Oricom Care80 big button phone. Made June 8th, 2014.
Switch: Cisco SD2005 ver.3 switch. Made September/October, 2009 (week 40).
Speakers: Vega stereo speakers.
Clock: Chang Sheng wall clock.
Document tray: Esselte 46795 Nouveau black document tray.

Why does it says no bootable device available what he do?
The hard drive is either not plugged in correctly or is broken. The hard drive stores the operating system (Windows), which is required for it to boot (start up); Otherwise, the computer has nothing to boot into leading to that error.
@@arandomdudelmao if the hard drive is not plug in for others it will likely says it Reboot and select proper boot device?
