When people like Armstrong were juicing, some of us in the sporting area knew. We were 100% certain. What to look for: 1) a remarkable improvement in rankings in mid to late 20’s. 2) an athlete who gets stronger as a grand tour goes on 3) Do they look too healthy, do they have biceps and flesh on their face. So for 1) Riders like Wiggins and T Podgcar were setting worlds bests for: 13,15 and 17 year olds. They won multiple junior works titles. Armstrong was never this rider. 2) All riders during tours start to lose the amount of oxygen in their blood. So is if a rider not just wins a stage in week 3, but wins by too much at a higher average pace than in week one, they are juiced. 3) GT riders look like they are terminally ill. Too thin and gaunt and definitely no biceps. When Wiggins moved from track to road in took him 4 years. 4 years to lose 11 KG or 24 LB from an already lean frame. His job was to lose 11 KG and keep the same power output, so increasing his Watts to Kilo rates by a large amount. This almost killed Wiggins and was the main reason he quit after 2013, he couldn’t stand the starving. LA looked like he had been to the gym, His weight was the same as when he was ranked 20-40 on a tour. But now he was sprinting up mountains past men weighing 57 KG ( LA weighed 75) So, when you get a nagging ‘ are they juiced’ look at them and their long term results. You soon start to understand who has juiced. For example the 100 m Olympic champion from 2020. (21) Came from 150 th in World to champion. He did this during Covid when only the world’s top 75 got tested. Emma Raducanu ?? Same doubts for me.
Cool! But, please inspect Willie’s ears often. My dog (deceased) used to love sticking her out of window when riding in my pickup. She had floppy ears like Willie. Over time, a large “blister” about the size of a quarter developed on her left ear. That needed to be drained. The vet was very confident that the blister was from the ear flopping around in the wind. So, please pay attention so Willie can continue to enjoy the bike rides.
The buddy rider is a great dog carrier for a bike as long as you can throw your leg over the rear . My dachsies ears flapped in the wind as we whizzed by astonishing people on the trails!
Have you thought about finding another ride partner, perhaps a willing basset hound? They could add an extra amount of canine aerodynamics via their flapping jowls.
Great cameo Andrew. Very convincing . Love your dog Alex
Thanks for watching Maria! This was a fun one to make with Sir Willie and Alexey!
This made me so happy!!!
We're happy to bring a little sunshine to your day!
Can't wait for the 2023 PEARL iZUMi fuzzy ear aero helmet!
Well done! Great cameo by Andrew as well, but we all know Dachshunds steal the show.
He is absolutely a good boy!!!
Sir Willie is indeed the best boy. Thanks for tuning in!
He is amazing. But a moment of doubt entered my head. How do we know he isn't juicing?
Great question, we should test his treat bag. Thanks for watching!

We sure will! See you out there :)
Curious as to what backpack you use??
K9 Sportsack - the model is air2! ALEXEY10 gets you a small discount!
Would you consider getting doggles for Willie to protect his eyes I’m sure some sponsor would gladly give you a pair?

How do I enter a doggo for FKD?
First it was Sir Chris Hoy, then Sir Bradley Wiggins, and now a new super star, Sir Willie. I bet he has a union jack flag in his dog house.
Mans best friend

Beat's the hell out of rocks, like Tinker used.
I think needs some doggles to protect his eyes. If he wants to go fast, he needs protection .
We'll have to look into that! Thanks for watching.
Very cute but I don’t agree that you do not have goggles for the little guy, his eye’s probably get terribly dried out. Please consider goggles!
Can Willie teach my Weiner dog any new tricks?
I'll bet Willie is dog tired after a hard training day.
