12/31/92 NYR vs BUF - 4 hat tricks in 1 game! (Mogilny, Khmylev, May, and Scapinello)

New Years Eve games in Buffalo, NY are exciting enough, though this particular game had everything, and then some! Alexander Mogilny scored a hat trick, Yuri Khmylev also scored three goals for the first (and only) hat trick of his NHL career, Brad May tallied a Gordie Howe hat trick (1 goal, 1 assist, and 1 fight), and the coup de grâce was linesman Ray Scapinello performing a (derby) hat trick of his own!
The third goal of Mogilny's night was scored when Jeff Beukeboom fired the rebound off goalie Mike Richter into his own net while trying to clear the puck into the corner!
You know it had to be a crazy game when Dominik Hasek allowed 6 goals and it's barely worth mentioning... the two Rangers goalies allowed 11 (Vanbiesbrouck let in 5 in 26:26, Richter 6 in 33:34).
