Canonly there is actually blood and everything, it is just censored for us so the game can be family friendly. Also I just find it funny that everything looks legit besides the skeleton which is basically just the amoung us bone.
They should actually do this without the blood even just having a ragdoll setting would make this game so much more satisfying just imagine been 1 pumped in a build fight then falling of the builds
