I recently inquired with the service station, and they informed me that they cannot offer any discounts or reduce the charges. They also mentioned that their pricing is the same as the authorized service station. Given this, I wouldn't recommend this service station. Instead, it might be better to visit the authorized service station for the same pricing and services
He's saying 65% of company cost... 😂😂😂 The company service charges are double than normal garage.. 500 for wheel alignment, 700 in company garage.. The main thing here is company charges 28% GST ..on service, spares etc..which these people are not paying at all.. So basically u r just saving the tax part in this garage ... Total charges may be 20% -25% less than company... If a person is maintaining bmw he won't even care about these saving hell simply leave it to showroom . It gets resale value as well

@pranavautomotive761 Hello Pranav, Today I visited your service center at 1:00 PM since I travelled from long distance that is approximately 20 km for general service, even after explaining the situation there was a harsh response from your team that we cannot complete your general service and need to leave vehicle for 1 day, do you really think that person should go back 20 km back home leaving the car and come again to receive the car? and reason given to me is that there are vehicles which need to be completed, I understand the situation but you told in youtube channel that for general service it will take 3 to 4 hrs to complete then you were not ready to take my vehicle, this shows that you lack of staff and not trained how to manage customers. This issue is not seen in any of the Hyundai showrooms for general service. Please give some respect to customers and instruct your staff and keep in mind that if your business is good dont show attitude.
