So many good songs from the time when I was child and teenager. It have made me smile. Thank you! Now I am going to make a playlist with all these songs and shaw it to my children to listen to it. :D
@@zanetakot-skindel2965 That's a good idea, the new generation need to know what is quality music. These songs brought back some good memories from my childhood, glad I have across people like you, they say great minds think alike.
so sad that so many young people does not know ABBA THE BEATLES MICHAEL JACKSON......and if they listen to the lyrics they have to know HELLO by LIONEL RITCHIE and THE LIVING YEARS by MIKE AND THE MECHANICS
Now you gotta do the 90's. So many different genres of music and they all sounded completely different. I loved the 80's, but for me the 90's was the best decade for music because it was so diverse: pop, dance, rock, country, heavy metal, punk, hip hop, grunge, R&B, electronica, alternative, house, new jack, etc etc. So many genres and so many different sounds.
@handsomestik After you comment I had to blast it, I am energised now but might have annoyed Harry. So I let him blast one of his "modern" songs (if you can call it a song).
When he don't know queen or michael jackson it's mean you partly fail as a father. I mean its he even want to sit there and listen to these classic or its like a punishment to him ? Everytime he said "no" i die inside
Not partially mate but I've failed completely as a father. After we watched this video I started showing him longer version than these small snippets. I wasn't surprised when he said the modern music is vastly better, don't think he will be listening to 80s music anytime soon.
Hello, hearing that a song has too many instruments makes me confirm that the music that all these trappers make today has favored non-creativity and the closure of minds
@@Johnconte123 I suppose we're as cool now as we ever were. Still, even in the black days, we knew the Beatles and Mozart. If only there was a way for the youth to immediately access every musical masterpiece in history.
😅😅😂😂 I was shocked he really didn't know who the greatest pop star Michael Jackson. After the reaction video I showed him a few songs and now he loves Michael Jackson.
@veddyveddygood Good point mate, my head just went blank trying to think of artists in the last 15 years. Alot of music from the 80s through to the 90s I have great memories attached to them. I still think music back then was better than most music today, prob I am becoming a dinosaur but old is gold.
Not knowing these amazing MADONNA songs is a CRIME! Come on
@@irina1296 😂 We have a soft legal system nowadays
Him saying there is too many instruments.... I can't even process that statement lol
@itachileesan 😂😅 my head did go blank but I had to keep the flow of the conversation going.
@Johnconte123 its tough with the young kids. I dont even try to talk to my nieces and nephew about music lol. Should def do 90's as well.

@@Johnconte123 Also don't forget there are so many songs and groups missing from this 80s list, otherwise this video would last for days, lol.

Rick Astley had a bunch of hits, Together Forever, She wants to Dance with me, Cry for help!

The 90s was the golden era of hip hop and alternative music but the 80s was the golden era of the music in general
Try Carrie Underwood's video Just a Dream, you will be amazed
Which is your favourite song from the 80s?
I was surprised that my son hasn't heard most of these 80s song, then it occurred to me how old I am now😮.
Probably Careless Whisper by George Michael/Wham! ❤
That Bryan Adams Heaven gets blasted full volume when that comes on the radio

The boy doesn't know The Beatles or Michael Jackson. You might want to have a doctor see if he was born deaf. They're both pretty hard to avoid.
Lol you would be surprised how many 16 year olds haven't heard of them. You (born in 1976) are a dinosaur like me, we are no longer cool.

@kilroy1976 Don't even get me started on the type of comedy they watch nowadays. A guy trying to flip a water bottle is big entertainment these days.
