As a clincal psychologist and practicing doctor I can say that using rage rooms for anger or other emotions is the worse choice a person can make. I have read many articles and accounts of people using rage rooms in the U.S. Things that were common that were common in them: 1. Respond to emotions in a violent way. 2. Getting easily overwhelmed with emotions. 3. Feeling of nothingness I would suggest rage rooms should never be used for anger but for fun only.

I don’t care what anyone says but I really need this rage room in my city asap!!! Not everyone can express emotions to someone and not everyone has someone to share them too, so a place like this really is a safe place for letting out our emotions without thinking of anything else. Also it’s not only about anger it’s useful for other emotions too.

Rage room is not healthy for anger management. Rather u can try meditation, gym, physica exercise, councelling, etc. Anger can be used in a productive way.
