2 Teaspoons minced garlic
2 cups chicken broth
2 Tablespoons flour
1 cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
Capers
Parsley
Fresh lemon juice
Served over spaghetti

Hi Shannon, this is a good recipe, however there are a few things I don't like capers and the Italian seasoning. Is it ok to not add them?
