There's a vidoe from a subway train trapped between stations in a flooded tunnel with passengers standing in the carriage with water up to their chests, whilst outside the windows one could see water up to 2 feet/300mm higher flowing rapidly past!
Knowing that they were trapped without any possibility of escape, the passengers remained calm and quiet, saving air.
Their immense calmness and dignity in such truly horrific circumstances and great danger was very noble!
Same in Germany....hope everyone gets out safe & well

recently floods occurred in several countries in a very close time. and all the countries affected by the flood disaster are all located north of the equator. For countries located south of the equator, they must be vigilant in the period from December 21, 2021 to March 21, 2022. But hopefully there will be no disaster and everything will be fine.

They can see that they are trapped with water above their heads outside the train. There is nowhere to run or hide and panicking would not help the situation.

What can they do? The station is also flooded and I guess the water outside was even deeper than that in the subway 🚇 so they had to wait for the rescue
I thought the same at first but look outside the window the water is a couple feet higher outside. Terrifying
they are not panic,just wait there and do nothing, because they know, the government will save them as soon as they can. and government did, 500+ were saved , 12 died.

apparently, the cellular network underground was still working, and many of them sent out videos that helped the rescuers know the situation, and some of them thought they were dying and were sending the last words to their loved ones. There were about 500 stuck there, and 12 of them did not make it.
