    I normally like cold ipa but your discription of it wasn’t very appealing😁

      It’s wasn’t unpleasant, just not what we where expecting I think! The IPL however was tasty and keep getting better!

    Someone should supply a kit of 'smells' for wine/beer tasting cos I have no idea what any of those things you comment on smell like. If you have ever seen the (very old) film with Vincent Price and Peter Lorre called 'The Wine Taster' I think, I am a Peter Lorre, but not as good looking. "Very Good 'hic'."
    I also like my beer cool rather than with the flavour frozen out, even on a hot day. Very cold beer only tastes of Carbon Dioxide as acid and the cold just hurts.
    The links provided do not agree with your video text. The Larger fermentable ingredients given are just Malt and the IPA just Malt and Rice. You mentioned Adjucts. The ABV of both is given as 4.7% from different OGs. The Hops are identical whereas you suggested the IPA was hoppier.
    The Kits seem a little expensive.

      Thanks for pointing out the error with the ABV, this has now been corrected. The higher IBU's in the cold IPA come from using more of the Flex we refer too at the 60min point. The IPA uses 2ml more which adds the additional bitterness. The unmalted adjusts we refer to in the video are the rice which is in the IPA kit. You can use many different adjuncts to achieve the same result, such as maize if you wish too but the recipe we worked out and from where the style started, seemed to use flaked rice. 👍🏻
