I think weighted dips are the most effective tricep and chest workout. 💪🏼 no bench press or dumbbells comes close to this but then again each to their own
I do dips first for chest+back day, and after some prefatigue for arms+shoulders day. So I end up doing dips weighted/unweighted 4 times per week. Same with pullups, heavy weighted first on back day and bodyweight chinups for arms after preacher curls. My upper body is fucking sick
