- How to replace your suspension on a Honda S2000. This will work for any coil-over set up including Eibach springs with Ground Control collars on stock shocks. This combination will lower your S2000 by about 1.25".

Great news, I installed an Eibach front sway bar and took the car to Sonoma Raceway (Sears Point) and the first time out turned a 2:06 which is equivalent to me running a Spec Miata race car at a track day. So this spring upgrade is an inexpensive way to go. It's certainly not as good as full coil overs like Ohlins or KWs, but pretty decent.
Nice video. I'm having a hard time getting my oem rear back on. They were on skunk2 but I want oem. What parts did you remove to get the strut back on the 17mm bolt?
The Skunk2 I don't think has a welded nut as the OEM shocks do, so you have to hold that nut in place while you undo the bolt. To get the bolt and the rear strut out you have to push down on the lower control arm. To install a stock unit, you will either have to compress the spring (somehow leave spring compressors on) or you will need to disconnect the rear sway bar and disconnect the control arm, and then jack the arm back into place. Going back to stock springs is a little more work. www.manualslib.com/manual/466755/Honda-S2000.html?page=597#manual
Great job 👍 and are you able to lift the car's height with these types of springs or just stays stock height?
Since it has collars, your alignment shop can adjust ride height.
