- Ming demonstrates the intelligent and efficient way to disarm an attacker-on different body types. He also shows various pathways to control and take down an attacker demonstrated in a small group setting.
From Silat to a Wing Chun takedown and techniques developed in Core JKD under high stress training like the biceps drop, you will see technique pathways branching to various control points.
The techniques of Core Jeet Kune Do are battle-tested under harsh conditions. What you see here is the cleaned version containing all tactical accuracy and effectiveness required when you have to put your self-defense on the line. All our pain is for your benefit.

You are the only instructor I see on you tube that actually instruct others, rather than show off your abilities and beat up on your students.
I’m glad you find that to your liking. Thank you for commenting.
The first 45 seconds of this video are G O L D! Amazing channel. Subbed. Thank you from a fellow JKD instructor and life long student.
Tampa?! I thought you were in AZ. I spent some years in FL; I loved it and always regretted moving back to hometown WV. Recently however my dad retired and is moving near Tampa after winter. Long story short I'm jumping on this chance to return to my favorite state and knowing you teach there makes it even more exciting. I hope you'll accept me as your student, it would be an honor to train with you!
That's great. I welcome the opportunity of having you.
where does this guy teach? anyone know? this stuff is gold.
Thank you for your comment. I teach in Tampa, Florida. I have an affiliate school in Lüneburg, Germany and am in the works to having one in Oklahoma as well.
Nice! Peace be within you!
Thank you
