Come to Me at DCDP 2023

DC Dance Project is a Stage Without Walls ministry of Children of the Light Dancers. For a week in July 2023, we held our Faith in Motion dance camp at Christ our Shepherd Church in Washington, DC then spent the rest of each day going out into the city to dance and pray for and with anyone who stopped to watch us. (Sometimes we even just went up to folks and asked them if we could dance for them.)
Our DCDP T-shirts say, "Oh Taste and See that the Lord is good." These words are from Psalm 34:8 in the Bible. We hoped that our dancing, the conversations we had with those who stopped to watch us, and the prayers we prayed for them were a joyful, wholehearted invitation from God's heart to theirs to taste and see His goodness in their lives.
