He moves better than most modern heavy weight.
Man i would love to spar the camp. He's still going strong, still has better combinations than today's heavyweights and he still has that stinging left hook to the body.

Your in good shape, upper body is massive. But that means your arms our heavy. It's easier for fatigue to set in. You move your arms too much when your not striking, that wastes energy you would need in the later rounds if it goes there. Last piece of advice, you don't recoil the cross the way you could. So many fighters don't. It's literally one of the most important things that has to be done. It puts you back in perfect positioning to launch anything else with complete power. Quinton is no slouch Shannon. He's lost some matches. But you've motivated him. He wants to knock your damn head off. Best wishes to you both. His hands are swift and fast. I think that he definitely has good ring IQ and skill.
If your ever in vegas let me get a training session with you... I dont like how those hands are dropping. And the straight hand not returning home. Could be so much sharper... could be fatigue though. Would love to add that shoulder roll especially if reflexes are severely affected by fatigue. Allowing you to recover. No charge ... link up champ

Shannon you have told us before that too many punches to the head can permanently affect your health and capacities, Chysora also warned of this recently as the biggest cause of fighters decline. So I go further to say you should minimize or don't do head punching sparring at all, just a personal advice Briggs, also taking on what you have been thinking on this throughout your career. With that being said, I hope to see you in more fights, but not in head sparring, stay victorious Briggs we want you to win.

I got my money on rampage and rampage a lil washed up too but not all the way yet…besides he’s way more explosive more power and punches are more affective briggs can’t even keep his guard up that long briggs keep living off the past and he wasn’t that great then
