Our kind are so rare, and such a blast to catch up with like minds...recently found a channel , Sharna Banana, a QLD Women doing similar things as you, minus the waterfalls. We have always had our share of nutters, that can kill you and themselves . In the trad scene, your reputation would percolate through community. I climbed solo for many years, till rescued by a crew at Frog Buttress. Gained a girlfriend and a community, learnt more in a couple of years than the previous two decades. If you ever go to Frog, go on the weekend during the cooler months, the crag faces West and gets really hot after midday. Abseiling is verboden unless you climb up first, rockfall has killed a few over the years. I was down your way about ten days ago, twas too hot for me ( bit cooler than the coast ) so I understand the logic of being near cool clean water.
