Yeah so they’re in the free season rewards program. For tier 2 It’s lvl 15, and tier 1 is lvl 30. Once you hit those levels you can claim the rewards and they should be available to you too. Keep in mind the badge has to be at max lvl in order for you to “ max +1” it.
