hm, I always do sets of a single type.
I'll try to play with this method of using different exercises in a row,
Hey dude, im doing this routine for 1 week, one day rest one day workout. My pull ups or dips not clean for last 1-2 set. And i rest 3 minutes. How llong should i use this routine? And what should be my aim? (Like short rest or clean sets). Thank you for this routine.
That's a good thing you're posed to get ugly at the end, jus keep pushing your reps will go up overtime. In prison we did this for years and years and every1 transformed. Jus make sure you not over eating most days of the week
If the person can do pull ups they're not really beginner, I can't do a single one 😂
Just use a resistance band
push up form is totally wrong
