Thanks for giving such a detailed video of Virgin Gorda and the baths. Loved the part of you wandering around the boulders. The drone footage was also great. I would so love to get back there soon. It is good to see things are starting to be rebuilt. We traveled there the year after the hurricane and things were still in complete disarray. One note tho. The mine on Virgin Gorda was in fact a Copper Mine. Keep these beautiful videos coming. Love them.
I have seen the baths profiled in many media - including PBS and National Geographic- you guys did it better than all of them! You made me feel like I was right there. I definitely have to checks this out for myself. Thanks again.
Another great episode, have watched all your videos over the years, thank you for all your efforts, it means a lot to so many that will not experience all that you two have, thank you so much....
... at the top of the hill of the "Baths" was a nice "cafe" that has a spectacluar view of "Drakes Sound" ... serves delicious food and had a small swimming pool to rinse off in ... did you try it out ???

Great fun and thanks for sharing your travels as always! Would love to see a compilation of your top-10 Caribbean spots. Your episodes at PSV & Nevis are a couple of mine. Down the Dale here probably not one of them haha *Smart using the trip line for the anchor.
Hi, Oana here. Thank for your comment, very kind as usual. Also thanks for the suggestion on the compilation with our favorite places. Took you up for it and just published two new playlists with our fav sun & sand islands and our fav adventure islands. Put them together quickly, will update once will give it a bit more thought. Take care :)
like your channel, style n boating. would love to help and be your b/n for a few weeks. spent a semester of college in BVI. when i didn't know how to sail. thank you for the vids.

Glen I noticed that all the anchorages are wide open to the west and NW. Is this secure at most times, or did you get an advanced weather advice on settled conditions whilst you were there?
Nick, during the winter the tradewind is 99% constant from the east in this eastern side of the Caribbean. It only varies NE-E-SE. Most people, including us, wouldnt even look at a forecast, its that constant. This is also generally the case in the summer too, but westerlies are possible then, when cyclones come through.
I hate to say this but I was very disappointed that the two of you didn't see fit to make at least a $20.00 offer on the house. The Baths are a unique geological formation and fun to explore. Thanks for sharing your adventure. I'm amazed by how far your is able fly. Just curious as to its range.
We have flown up to 1.5Kms away ... then signal gets sketchy. But if we lose the signal, it comes back to where it started, automatically. Which is great on land but not so good when flying from a moving sailing boat (the boat is no longer where the drone took off from!).
It is an amazing spot but please be careful, in the winter, there can be a strong swell that will toss you on the beach. Can also be dangerous swimming around there. On one of our trips we had the unpleasant task of fishing a dead man out from in front. The crew that came from town told us this was not unusual.
@@mosca3289 Sorry about that. There have been a few short comments like your recently we are sure is just spam. Good to know you are alive an kicking! We dont wnat to block real humans!
True, us Brits had a reputation of not bathing too often. But I believe most of the offenders in that respect were shipped off to down-under. Ooops. Sorry unlike you I couldnt resist :)

No we didnt see that Harry. Likely because we came to the baths from the sea rather than land.

Yes we heard about some swimming tragedies around there .... luckily it was super calm when we were there.
Beautiful scenery and boat! I noticed that Oana blurred out any pictures of her in a bathing suit, is she that shy?
It was lovely scenery Ben. No, Oana is certainly not shy, just modest.
But you blurred out the Bunny

I'm sure an Aussie 🇦🇺 could make a comment about a Brit making a special event out of visiting 'the Baths' ... but I'll show some restraint 🤓
