lol, I hate to be that guy, but I'm pretty this has been happening ever since daylight savings a few weeks ago. I'm pretty sure incisaur and rare yelmut were released at 10 am as well for example.

Well based on the in-game message, it’s safe to say that this is definitely the colossals waking up, or at least Plant Island’s colossal. And let’s just appreciate that the monster handlers are still releasing new content for the game, even during the holidays. Let’s hope that they finally get a well deserved break.
Edit: Wow. So many new amazing things from this update. I’m amazed, you guys are phenomenal. These are some nice life of quality changes, the Festival of Yay costumes look cool, and now we get more rewards for logging in daily? And more stuff coming in the next few months? Please, never stop Monster Handlers. (But takes breaks whenever you guys need too.)

I can almost assure you that it is not a colossal waking up because it's got the wooden rings around it indicating its almost certainly a new element or atleast a new island.

I am new to MSM, but I love the charm of the game! I've been playing non stop for about two weeks! I can see how passionate the creators are, even after 10 years, and that makes me really happy to finally join the community.
I like how waking up the colosal is free, you can tell they really care that we have fun instead of being stuck behind paywalls and impossible goals.
This is the most fun I've had in a mobile game, I WILL be making in-game purchases to support this amazing team.
Completely agree! So many mobile games are pay to play these days but msm is completely free if you want it to be. I made the first mobile game in game purchase I’ve EVER made in msm after playing for a while because the monster handlers really seem to care, and I wanted that dang infinite collect all button. Well worth it!

_Oh my Glaishur,_ this is _amazing!_ This update adds so much of what I've always wanted. Permanent Seasonal skins, island stats on islands with no castles, Strombonin with a funny suit, this update has it all. Not to mention Colossal Conundrum, I cannot wait for that. The idea that we finally get to awaken the mystical beasts that our monsters have been living upon after so long is bonkers. And I feel I won't be the only one excited about this new discovery. All I'm saying is that I feel MSMPokeGamer might be very receptive to this announcement, to say the least...

I’ve been playing for almost all the ten years that this game has been around. I’ve loved every part of this game, and seeing it succeed more than ever is amazing to me

I’ve been playing this game since i was just a young child. I remember just sitting there with w big smile on my face listening to the songs the monsters would make… i took a break, never forgetting the feeling of what the game gave me. Now I’m back to it and im so excited to see what this is. Thank you so much :)
I think the Colossals will awaken in this update because the decimal point in 3.8 looks like Plant Island's Colossal's eye!

Anyone notice the background? It looks like cracks or roads or something like that. I remember the monster handlers saying that a new island organization system was coming. I thought it could be some sort of map and maybe that is also coming in this update? That would be cool imo but I think it’s a bit of a stretch.

Mute all Button for your monsters (Along w a unmute all button) small change but is very much needed for wanting to isolate a monsters sound.
Collosals waking up: Everyone knew it had to happen at some point, this a good a time as any.
More single element Ethereals??? Could be? And would make the ethereal island have waaaay more content on it! That could explain why this update was in the works for such a long time? This is the least likely of the predictions I'm just throwing things out there!

When this update releases, Epic Humbug's combination will be "Clamble and Cybop" with a breeding time of 32 hours on Earth Island, and "Whisp and Bellowfish" with a breeding time of 8 hours, 53 minutes, 20 seconds on Ethereal Island.
NOTE: This is just my prediction. The real combination and breeding time will or will not be different depending on the situation.

In the Feast-Ember short, Monster-Handler Jenn says to Gobbleygourd: "You knew only the new seasonals were getting trailers this year". But concluding the year is ending soon, there could be a loophole of the trailers of these old seasonal events could come back!
