Why would the prophets parents be in hell ? They died before receiving the message. Al-Isra - Verse 15 مَّنِ ٱهْتَدَىٰ فَإِنَّمَا يَهْتَدِى لِنَفْسِهِۦ ۖ وَمَن ضَلَّ فَإِنَّمَا يَضِلُّ عَلَيْهَا ۚ وَلَا تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٌ وِزْرَ أُخْرَىٰ ۗ وَمَا كُنَّا مُعَذِّبِينَ حَتَّىٰ نَبْعَثَ رَسُولًا Dr. Mustafa Khattab, The Clear Quran: Whoever chooses to be guided, it is only for their own good. And whoever chooses to stray, it is only to their own loss. No soul burdened with sin will bear the burden of another. And We would never punish ˹a people˺ until We have sent a messenger ˹to warn them˺.
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته There was a people from the Arabs called اهل الفطر and they were upon the religion of Ibrahim ‘alayhi Salam, the scholars say that because they’re are CLEAR ahadith stating that the prophets ﷺ parents will be in the hell fire that they must of received the core message of la ilah Ill ﷲ but rejected it, BarakAllahu feekum
May Allah SWT guide this ummah and rectify our affairs
