I’ve got a 50cc 4 stroke scooter that is derestricted in the transmission and it can only do 39mph while weighing 120kg. The v5 claims the maximum power is 2.2KW.
You should wear more protection. Would you run as fast as you can (15 - 20 mph) into a wall or throw yourself onto the ground? No, because it would hurt! At 30mph you have a 50-50 chance of life changing injuries. At 60mph you'll be visiting your maker! I came off at just 14mph after hitting oil on the road - it would've been far worse if I hadn't been wearing elbow protectors as these wore through as I slid along. I'm going to upgrade to hard shell pads and hip protection. Great project - keep safe!
Alright lol, this thing is a BEAST. But it's not an ebike lol, this is an e-moped with pedals. Heck. you couldn't even register it as a moped if you wanted without downtuning it lots.

Sorry for your loss !!!
Sweet build! Nice dog! (but you better definitely hide your Nikes)
LOKI NEEDS MORE SCREEN TIME,Bikes cool luv to see BMX build
Love it
whats the name of this bike ? I tried to search for a fatbike with quick release its hard to find
Have you ever seen/ rode a newgen 345?
Looks a rip off for 1600-1800 for a generic 250w ebike I don't think it's worth more than a grand but companies out there like electroh**ds ripping people off 😀
36v 250w for 1600? If you like 15mp/h you will love that bike I am sure.
City bike mate
R.I.P 🐕
Without you building it for me that bike was built for me lol I need to buy that for work can pick up
Great stuff, your mad
Nice bike. Need full motorbike gear with helmet and a metal skid plate that completely covers the battery. Don't want to be skiddign down the road and the plastic battery cover rips off then the batteries ignite
Love to see a racer bike converted lol
I know they don't look cool but i approve massively of the helmet wearing:) sorry to hear about your dog😢
4k watts in BHP is 3.75 - The e bike weighs half as much as your standard 50cc motorbike. Fast!
I’ve got a 50cc 4 stroke scooter that is derestricted in the transmission and it can only do 39mph while weighing 120kg. The v5 claims the maximum power is 2.2KW.
Nice bike
Sorry about your dog bro ' 🙏
I think i could build 1 of these but i must admit going to 3000watts maby not lol
2000 watts is more than enough power for a bicycle anyway
If only controllers weren't so gigantic!
Any e bike without torque sensing isn't for cyclists, but big up the High wattage e bike gang.
Torque sensor on fast ebikes is rubbish because you can’t keep up with the pedalling. Even with a 52T on the front I’m out of gear at 32mph.
Rip gabi 🕊️🕊️
Mopeds are defined in law as up to 4kw of power and up to 30mph. This thing as it is now would be in the same category as a 125cc bike if I’m not mistaken.
@@ramborambokitchenkitchen6357 Yeah this isn't EAPC compliant lol..
And you can't even try L6e, it's just to damn fast so it legally is 100% a motorcycle.
12:07 previous owner might have cared enough for the bike to color match parts, but 'tighter is better' when talking about QR skewers is a myth best busted.
yup. everything way over torque specs and ready to split, break and crack. Cleary a dude who liked his bling with no idea about bike maintenance
So sorry to hear about you dog 😭
i would bother with rear back. just use the ebrake
