That's correct! Helps with sleep, panic attack and anxiety. If you breath in for 4 seconds you should breath out for 8. You can also investigate the 4,7,8 method used in the army

If I slowly breathe out more than breathe in, my heart rate tends to go down. Pretty good for sleep
