A federal jury found Hunter Biden guilty Tuesday of three felony charges for illegally purchasing a gun at a time when he was using drugs, making him the first child of a sitting U.S. president to be found guilty of a crime. "This was a fairly straightforward case," says Ben Schreckinger, reporter for Politico. "Most criminal trials result in convictions. This wasn't an exception." Schreckinger lays out the political implications for President Joe Biden, compares this conviction to Trump's criminal proceedings and explains Hunter Biden's upcoming trial for tax fraud in California.

If you ask me, this is a fishy conviction, designed to protect Joe Biden soon (one way or the other) when follow-up cases will come concerning foreign bribing from Afghanistan, China, Ukraine, Hungary (and many more, a Clinton Foundation in disguise).
His current conviction about the gun is apparently related to his drug addiction.
They might bring the same drug addiction up in the Bribing related to several countries.
My question is (if this happens), can Hunter Biden be convicted twice (related to drug addiction) because he might say that he didn't know (read under the influence)?

But also, undocumented immigrants commit fewer crimes than average citizens, so the more undocumented immigrants there are, the smaller the crime rate will be, which is also a positive.

The FBI doesn't investigate every picture they see of someone holding a gun and drugs, especially if they are old pictures without a victim. They don't have the time or resources to pursue every case unless it involves a high-profile person.
