I gotta make this today for a Jersey party and I wanna know how I go about it if I only wanna cut halfway up? I don’t want the lace up all the way up to my chest? but only like to my crack lol? It that makes sense
It makes sense, you would still have to cut the jersey all the way up and then sew it down to where you want it to stop, then start putting the eyelets on.
That’s if you use a bigger jersey, if you use a jersey that’s your size, you would just cut up to where you want it to start with the design.

I’m 5’3” I wear an XS or S, depending on the fabric, and the jersey was a 2X
Do you have to use a hammer or eyelets?
Yes, everything I used is in the description and I used a hammer in the video, it shows you.
No you can use eyelet pliers instead of a hammer
I have that and it wasn’t working for me, so I chose another option. It’s a DIY, you don’t have to use everything I use.

I only wore it for that photoshoot, so I didn’t wear any underwear. I haven’t worn the dress since then. They do have underwear made for dresses and skirts like this. I just didn’t have time to go get any.
