Kmaal ha apko kha lga ki is vdo mei healgh or nutritions k sath compromise nhi hua..pyaz cut krke rkna ..veryy harmfull 4 health..Food freeze krna..ye to bhut hi majburi ho..koi wrking ha..to ok..varna ye bhi koi healthy option nhi n sabzi ko phle se cut krke rkhna..ye kon sa healthy ha

What about the water used for boiling, that has most of vitamins comes out during boiling

U can keep just a little more water than what is needed to boil so that u dont have to drain and throw extra. That little more water u can drink fresh. How much water to keep will come with experience in few times. Hope it helps

Jis din rajma/chana boil kiya...uss din half stora krlo ..and half cook krlo...or vo boiled water cooking mein use krlo. Aise water waste nhi hoga.

After peeling an onion you actually shouldn’t keep it in the fridge as it releases harmful chemicals so ideally you should use it within the day you peel it.
Also shud not use glass jar in fridge

For how long can we store boiled channa ,rajma beans and onion in the refigirator?
Taste will changed if you freeze them... Better to do a day before...

Nutritional value is loss when we kept everything in fridge...
No it doesnt get lost completely but gets a little compromised. However if u prepare everything from fresh from scratch then either u wl end up spending too much time in kitchen which will make u cranky and exhausted or reduce the number of healthy dishes u can serve to ir family. So all in all its better to keep somethings prepared in fridge
That can be compensated by adding lemon as per nutritionist
Then why do we use fridge. It's a misconception that fridge stored items lose complete nutrition
