Great work bro, I did not expect this great animation coming from our country and great explanation. I expected this to be a paper, pen recorded video but your work is great. Keep it up.
Even if I've no idea about the hindi language, the animation clarifies every single steps and mechanisms for me. I loved it. It's very helpful and if you can, please make an English video too. thank you
There is something missing in this explanation. The secret is in the valve pin, being tapered. At idle, the vacuum is at maximum. You do NOT need maximum vacuum on the crankcase in this situation, so the valve restricts the flow. Under load, the vacuum decreases, the pin opens up and allows a partial vacuum to suck out the gasses. A lot of modern engines use a rubber diaphragm, to stop the vacuum at tick over. When this fails (splits), it puts a massive vacuum on the crank case and robs air into the fuel system, causing rough tick over and/or stalling.
Sir if the burnt gases go inside the intake manifold from the crankcase through the pcv valve then won't it harm the combustion? I mean the burnt useless gases r going inside the camber with fresh air...
If I understand it right ? When engine is off, the PCV valve is close When engine running in idle, the PCV valve opening a small among When engine is running at high rpm, The PCV valve is fully open Is that right ?
Accelerator nahi dhiyaneka time me inlet manifold me vacuum jada hei.lekin aap bolega accelerator nahi diyegatho vacuum kamthi he bolyha hei.oyi bath galath hei
My honda city gives white smoke only when the engine is cold. After 5-6 minutes of starting in the morning, the smoke vanishes. Is it because its pcv valve is not working
Pcv also helps in reliving crank vaccum which is built by movement of piston and not just exhaust gases while compression also the air when gets compressed gets behind the piston due to pressure which is unused air.
tumhe kisne pdhaya bhai... km se km pdhte waqt thoda dimaag lgaate to smjh ata ki at higher temperature, compression ring expand krengi and proper sealing hogi. At lower temperatures or in starting conditions, piston rings contract krengi and leakage k chances bdh jaaenge.
What do you understand by abnormal temperature? It is above the Operating temperature and thermal expansion rate of piston ring is very less due to its alloy Components so practically higher engine temperatures tends to produce the Gases which we don't desire, so first read and learn properly then comment on any video! All the content on this channel are created and verified by Experienced automobile educational professionals specially professors! So there is no point that this information is Fake or misleading. Your point is good but abnormal and high temperature we are talking here is above thermal stability level which cause thermal Damage as well as pollution.
Ohh... Professor bhai... Piston rings at higher temperatures expand krti hhh... Aur iss expansion se proper sealing hgi... Aur isse blow-by gases produce nhi hngi., Lekin apki video me jo ki unpad professionals ne bnaayi hhh it is said that at higher temperatures blow-by formation will take place. .
@@divyanshsharma9517 no matter how good sealing piston rings provide to the cylinder, because of high pressure some gases leak past the piston rings into the crankcase. Also if the piston ring is new then we can have proper sealing but as days pass piston rings are worn out so at high pressure blow by occurs. You can read NPTEL content regarding this.
i don't understand the language but the animation says it all. great animation it helps a lot thank you thank you.
Our team is planning for an English Channel... Stay Tuned!
Zarror..
I do not understood very much from the language, but I understood from the animation! Great work!

Really helped a lot , very unique explanation from other vedios . Loved it ❤ jai shree ram

New official English Channel will be Launched on this Sunday! Stay Tuned.
Can't wait to enjoy and grasp a lot of knowledge. Thank You guys
Bahut badiya vhai 🙏
What a great explanation mja aa gya ☺️☺️☺️ thank you ❤🙏
I Didn't Understand a Word In Hindi , But The Animation Tells All 👍
Short and sweet

Indians are good in managing
Thank you sir..... ❤
Maasth explanation!!
Very good
Thanks keep watching and sharing the Automotives
Why you speak like dev anand?
Nice explanation and plus graphics were too cool for my eyes
Excellent demonstration sir. Would you like to explain the function of Vacuum Switching Valve in Hindi?? We will be thankful to you
Dear sir it is Very helpful video keep it up 👍💕
great sir
You're great!
Amazing
Breathing line say air kis tarha wapis crank case may ati kia wo throtle body say automaticaly ati hay ya piston suction say... Plz reply sir
Awesome
Sir if the burnt gases go inside the intake manifold from the crankcase through the pcv valve then won't it harm the combustion? I mean the burnt useless gases r going inside the camber with fresh air...
Sir mera ek purani gadi he , pcv valve change karne ke baad performance me kuch improve hoga ??
Pcv filter change karna jaruri hai beat diesel car ka??
How does it block the oil?
Whre is located pcv valve in tata indica dicor engine
If I understand it right ?
When engine is off, the PCV valve is close
When engine running in idle, the PCV valve opening a small among
When engine is running at high rpm, The PCV valve is fully open
Is that right ?
Mast mast mast😀😀😀😀
Turbocharger car may kia hoga pcv ka..?
Kia isi wja se heat bhe hoti a car isi ke band hone ki wja se ?
Good
Do you have anything in English?
Sir EGR is similar to PCV?
Nope.. egr uses high temp gases..
Pcv uses Low temp raw hidrocarbons
Nope bhai
Why are you inactive in this channel?
Why valve not placed in both in inlet and outlet hoses?
Idle pe bhi valve mamuli khula hota hai kyun k engine vacuum idle pe max hota hai aur kam hota jata hai jese jese throttle khulta hai.
Is video me oil separator ke bare me nahi bataya he...
Yes...
nice accent
Hi sir g
CAN communication system k bare me batao sir plz ...detail me batana sir g plz
Accelerator nahi dhiyaneka time me inlet manifold me vacuum jada hei.lekin aap bolega accelerator nahi diyegatho vacuum kamthi he bolyha hei.oyi bath galath hei
Watching before 2 hours exams
What are the various types of “Crankcase Emission Control Systems” generally used? Can any one tell me
My honda city gives white smoke only when the engine is cold. After 5-6 minutes of starting in the morning, the smoke vanishes. Is it because its pcv valve is not working
It is possible..
faltu m hi h it's possible. white smoke comes because of coolant leakage.
Yes bro!! It is possiblie while coolant leakage.
the problems with valve failure not explained properly
Nit meerut up se koun koun hai ..
Bru thats how my coop program was explained to me. XD in forein language i had to learn
Sir negative
veltech boys???
❤

Dey thambi... Do speak english as title using
Devananda normal bola Karo yaar
Sand emal addrs
Sir please speak slowly
English title....foreign language narration. SUCKS.
please change langauge
100% wrong. At idle the vacuum is higher the valve opens, at higher RPM the vacuum is less and the valve closes.
Nahi samaj aaya
I dont k ow anything bro
WTF
Abe kam se kam dhag se bol leta free me gali kha raha hai
Lol
