I called customer service and they can't answer my question, so I'm hoping you can. I know the length of the bag is 16 inches according to the website. However, where the gold rings attach to the handle, looks like the opening would be less than 16 inches. So my question is I'm wondering if you could tell what the length of the opening is? I'm hoping to fit a 14-inch laptop in it.
I don't have a 14 inch laptop. I tried my 15 inch, and it won't fit. However, my husband and I ( I needed an extra set of hands 😃) measured the maximum opening, kind of squishing the sides. It is 14 inches. If your laptop is thin, you would probably get it in. Your best bet is to try it out at the boutique before you buy. Good luck, and thanks for watching!! 💜💕

Do you think this bag can fit folders and stuff for work? With out sticking out and still be slouchy?
They would fit, but I wouldn't recommend it because the bag slouches in the middle. It would probably bend your folders. TFW ❤
