At 1:29 he says "the ability to remove something remover" can someone clarify what he is saying maybe what it is and why it matters?

"capabilities of using a load remover to make the boards more competitive" - Load remover essentially pauses the timer when the game is loading to accurately display the actual time spent playing

How do they get around the fact that these games crash every 5 minutes?
