The Beast MF285 Water Pump Removal

1975 Massey Ferguson 285. I Really wish I could keep a tractor running for more than a day! Well, at least it was a beautiful day during the removal of the water pump in the middle of the field on my beast MF285 Part 1 Part 2 will be the reinstall and fire up!

Thank you Brother! Glad you enjoy. Ran into a bit of a snag. Tried to pull the pulleys myself snapped a v-groove. And didn't even get it on video. Waiting for another pulley to ship till I get part 2 out.

Do you know how to replace the power steering pump on that tractor. I have a 285 that won’t turn left anymore

I have not had to change the power steering pump yet. Changed the hose lines off the pump. My steering would act up when my fluid got low.
