    I’ve watched many videos of making Italian meringue butter cream/ frosting but I never know that we can make a frosting just egg whites without butter or whipped cream. Now I have more choices for frosting cake. Thank you for sharing your recipe.

    It’s called Italian Meringue. If you don’t mind me giving a suggestion, the sugar needs to be at soft boil (35-40 F) because we are using egg whites. It needs to be at that temperature to avoid stomach problems. So try using a candy thermometer. Just to be on the safe side. Love italian meringue! ❤️

    I have a question. When you have the premixed egg whites ready to be mixed with the boiled sugar, water and cream of tartar what speed should I start with on my kitchen aid mixer? Should it be slow and around one of the lowest speeds, and for how long should that slow speed be around, and when do you return to a low speed again?     Hello po. I have a question. After I design the cupcake with this boiled icing, is it okay to put the cupcake in the fridge? Like, I’m planning to make cupcakes with boiled icing a day before ng birthday then store lng sa fridge. Will that be ok or room temp lng po dpt? Thanks!

      Pwedi handmixer po ... Pag tinigilan ang boiled icing baka mag runny po pwedi gawing 8mins ang pag beat po basta dapat luto ang syrup bago ihalo sa eggwhite
