Trump shooting shows US unresolved issues, Kenyans say

  • Several Kenyans have joined the rest of the world in condemning the assassination attempt carried out Saturday on the life of former U.S. president and Republican candidate for the 2024 presidential race, Donald Trump, while he was holding a political rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.
    Kenyans who spoke to VOA say the attack on Trump shows that “there are a lot of unsolved issues” in the United States.

    The issue is that the majority of Americans don't keep God in their lives, as a reference on how to live. I currently live in the US

      This incident has nothing to do with that. The politics here in the US is very complex and continue to be so. We also unfortunately have a gun culture which has been part of the US since the very beginning.
